Overview
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Velzna™ e-commerce website (the "Site") and any purchases you make from Lux Concept Srls ("we," "our," or "us"), with registered office in Italy at via Lucciano, 5 Rome 00178, VAT number 17218121006. By using the Site or purchasing any products, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before using the Site or making a purchase. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should refrain from using the Site.

1. General Conditions
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (not including payment details) may be transferred unencrypted and involve transmissions over various networks. Payment details are always encrypted during transfer over networks.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Site or its contents without our express written permission.

2. Products and Services
Certain products may be available exclusively online through the Site. These products may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.

We make every effort to display the colors and images of our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display of any color will be accurate. We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or services to any individual, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. 3. Orders and Payments
By placing an order on the Site, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and payment details, so we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order you place with us. In the event we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

All prices are subject to change without notice, and we reserve the right to modify prices or discontinue products at any time.

4. Shipping and Delivery
We currently ship to countries within the European Union, with the exception of Malta. Shipping times and costs vary depending on your location and the availability of the products. All shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 2 working days, from Monday to Friday, but delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Orders placed on Friday will be released the next following Monday, or the next business day. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances or the shipping carrier's operations. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that we are not responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or additional charges that may apply to your shipment based on your location.

6. User Comments, Feedback, and Submissions

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy and the European Union. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Rome, Italy.
