Returns and Refunds
Introduction
You can return it to us within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund, exchange, or credit note.
We don’t currently cover the cost of returns for our International Customers. Therefore, you can use your local postal service or a courier to send the item back to us.
We recommend using a tracked service and keeping the tracking information handy. Don't forget to enclose a completed returns form with your order. If you don't have one, you can download it HERE.
Enclose the completed Returns form with your goods, and return to the address specified in the form.
Please note that the speed at which we receive your return will depend on the service you use to send it back to us. We usually aim to have orders processed within 5 working days of receiving them back in our warehouse.
Please ensure your return is well packaged and meets all the conditions outlined in our returns and guidelines, which you can find HERE, and clearly mark 'Returned Items' on the outer packaging.
Terms and Conditions
• You can return an order to us within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund or credit note. We do not accept goods exchanges.
• All returned items must be in original, resalable condition (unworn, unwashed, complete with original tags and/or packaging if applicable.)
• Please make sure all returned items are well packaged, so as not to be damaged in the post.
• If returning footwear, please ensure the box is protected with an outer packaging layer. The box is part of the product, therefore any damage may result in the return being refused.
• Please make sure that the returns form is enclosed with your goods - no form may result in your return not being processed. If you have forgotten to include your returns form, please contact Customer Service.
• We also accept the return of sale items, please follow our normal returns procedure for these.
• We are not responsible for the return shipping costs of the items.
• We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit. We strongly recommend using a tracked, insured postal service.
• Lux Concept Srls is NOT responsible for any return custom charges made.
• We monitor the number of returns made by our customers to ensure that the purchased products are not intended for commercial or fraudulent activity. Frequent or repetitive returns may result in account closure or declined future orders.
Receiving a refund
We aim to handle all returns within 7 working days of receiving them in our warehouse. Upon completing the process, we will send you a confirmation email, and the refunded amount will be reflected in your account within 3-5 working days.
Alternatively, the fastest option to receive a refund is to get an electronic voucher equal to the amount of the returned products, to be used for future purchases on the Site.
